  • Job and scheduling data you enter into Pipeline

  • Location data from the mobile app (only when you enable it)

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Pipeline's features
  • Send transactional messages (job updates, invoices, notifications)
  • Provide customer support
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure, and backed up daily. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. We do not store data outside of New Zealand and Australia unless required for specific integrations you enable.

4. Third-party services

Pipeline integrates with third-party services you choose to connect, such as:

  • Xero and MYOB for accounting synchronisation
  • Email and SMS providers for notifications

We only share the minimum data necessary for each integration to function. We never sell your data to third parties.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data at any time
