Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Pipeline, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Pipeline on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Pipeline. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Pipeline is offered on a subscription basis:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period

6. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Pipeline Software Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data for up to 30 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
